About
I have always had an interest in the world of make believe. I find it's a fantastic place to escape from the mundane and monotony of everyday life. Once I sit down and begin to write, I feel myself regressing to that of a young boy. Only because it is in the minds of children that real fantasy can be played out and ultimately be that little more believable. For me though, even the stories of that fantastic fantasy author, C.S. Lewis had a darker side to them. They may have been targeted towards children but there is no denying the black clouds just waiting to swallow the characters up. I invite those black clouds into my fantasy worlds because it can't all be sunshine and rainbows now, can it?

The little gentleman to your right is one of my favourite characters and for those of you that have read 'The Weavemaker,' you'll recognise him straight away. His name is Sprite of course. He is the result of entwining the thread of Seb and his princess, Sophia together. He's quite the gentleman and will have no foul play on his watch. I have to admit that he's also my daughter's favourite character, so much so that she has now had him tattooed on her leg. As a result of this, I had regular warnings about not killing off her favourite little character while I was writing the trilogy. I won't give away his fate here though, I'll leave you to find that out for yourself and see whether I ended up in the bad books or not.
